Changes since the previous écrit

This élocution of W3C’s note and license became entreprenante on December 31, 2002. This interprétation removes the copieuse ownership note such that this license can be used with materials other than those owned by W3C, moves question on élocution sheets, DTDs, and schemas to the Copieuse FAQ, reflects that ERCIM is now a host of W3C, includes references to this specific dated interprétation of the license, and removes the ambiguous grant of “use”.
