Under the European Alliage’s Binaire Fonctions Act (DSA), LinkedIn users addressed by satisfait moderation decisions referred to in Traité 20(1) of the DSA are entitled to select any out-of-court accrochage settlement justaucorps (ODS Casaque) that has been certified in accordance with Traité 21 to resolve disputes they have embout the decision.

Garantie as an ODS Casaque is awarded by the Binaire Fonctions Coordinator of the EU Member State in which the ODS Casaque is established. The European Diplôme will publish a list of certified ODS Justaucorps on a dedicated website.

LinkedIn has developed a dedicated process to engage with ODS Justaucorps that have been certified in accordance with Traité 21 of the DSA with a view to resolving dépendant disputes in accordance with Traité 21.

If you are an authorised representative of a certified ODS Casaque, please fill out this form to submit each accrochage by a LinkedIn salir relating to decisions referred to in Traité 20(1) of the DSA, including complaints that have not been resolved by LinkedIn’s appeal mechanism. A separate form must be completed for each accrochage. Please remarque that LinkedIn will only respond to forms submitted by ODS Justaucorps certified in accordance with Traité 21 of the DSA.
